Skipper Plasmoid is a powered stair climber with tracks that facilitates the transport of tall and heavy loads on all types of stairs and surfaces. The Skipper Plasmoid is an electric stair climber designed primarily for transporting windows, doors, and frames.
It is equipped with Zonzini’s non-slipping and abrasion-resistant High-Grip tracks, which provide great stability on any surface.
With the Skipper Plasmoid stair climber hand truck, a single person can safely transport heavy objects weighing up to 400 kg without physical effort.
With the electric stair climber Skipper Plasmoid you can turn in the most confined spaces, even on very narrow landings where there is hardly any room to turn. Depending on the situation, it can be turned in two different ways to use all the available space. Thanks to a user-friendly joystick, it’s operated with just one finger and is really easy and intuitive to use. Also, corrections in direction are no longer a problem, as the joystick can detect even a small correction in the speed or direction of the tracks or inclination of the whole Skipper frame.
Skipper Plasmoid is ideal for those looking for a powerful and maneuverable electric stair climber. Thanks to the Plasmoid technology, it can also rotate a full 360°, allowing rotations and change of direction on stairs. This means it is possible to transport heavy doors or windows, even on spiral staircases. The superior crawler tracks of Skipper are made with a unique mix of materials, studied and tested for many years directly by our experts in the Zonzini Lab. Our tracks maintain a high grip on rough and uneven surfaces, while also being non-scratching and non-marking on any delicate surface or staircase.
Skipper Plasmoid has a key feature: an automatic load tilt. This allows the operator to transport any type of heavy and tall material on stairs without worrying about the correct inclination because it’s independently chosen by the stair climber for the safest and optimal inclination. This of course doesn’t prevent the operator from taking full control of the inclination in case of variations of the load. Still, it’s very useful support that greatly improves the workflow of the operator. The automatic load tilt can be activated at any time after the Skipper inclines to at least a 45° angle.
With Skipper Plasmoid, the operator doesn’t have to balance the load when transporting it up a staircase because Skipper, transports the loads in a “horizontal” position to the stairs, and consequently the weight gets completely distributed on the stairs, therefore removing the weight and the need to hold the load in balance from the operator.
